was born in California and has been interested in touch therapies from a very young age. In 1996, she earned a certificate in Massage Therapy and Health Education from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA. After practicing massage therapy in the San Francisco Bay Area for 5 years, she was introduced to Bowen Therapy by a colleague.

She was astounded by the results of a very quick demonstration on the technique. As a result, she began studying Bowen in 2001 and transitioned her massage practice into a full time Bowen practice. In 2011, she became a Bowen instructor. She moved to Ireland in 2012 to be with the love of her life and is offering courses in Bowen and sees clients in her office in County Kildare.

In addition to being trained as a Bowen practitioner and Instructor, she has also been trained in massage therapy, Reiki, Postural assessment and exercises to correct dysfunction, Active Isolated stretching, personal transformation and coaching. She uses the knowledge she has gained in these areas to asses her clients and provide them with quicker results.
